If you’ve ever considered raising your own meat, get a crash course on raising pigs and poultry! Many of the tips can be used for other animals as well. You’ll learn about different options for processing the meat - whether to use a commercial butchery or to do the processing yourself. Both ways have been used by the instructors and they will talk about the nitty gritty of processing your own animals and the supplies you would need.
The location is in-person at the Anderson Learning Center in Springvale, unless school is closed, then it will be a remote class.

Pharmacy Technician Accelerated Training Course

This intensive program will prepare you to successfully take the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board exam. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be assisting the Pharmacist in every aspect of the daily running of the pharmacy: preparing medications, receiving and verifying prescriptions, helping customers, plus many other vital tasks. This is a high growth profession with great salaries and benefits. Due to the accelerated nature of this course, which runs approximately 8 to 10 weeks, it is recommended that students be able to grasp content and concepts quickly.
