Cardio Sculpt for Women

A fun, balanced and effective workout that includes short cardio bursts and weight lifting to improve muscular fitness and boost cardiovascular efficiency. The Accuplacer test is a requirement for colleges in this area. Find out if you have what it takes to be placed into a credit bearing math or English class by taking this assessment. Be sure to note on your registration - math or English.
