This class covers the Basic Fundamentals of Optimal Breathing, discovering diaphragmatic movement and the wonders of nitric oxide. This class is designed for the following people; • Asthma patients with inhalers, • Anyone who gets tightness in their chest when anxious. • Anyone who feels short of breath doing daily activities • Anyone who has a chronically stuffy nose.
Wear comfortable clothing with nothing tight fitting around the belly. Bring a Yoga mat or a beach towel to lay on during practice. Bring a ‘Breathing Buddy’ (any small stuffed animal the size of a Beanie Baby).
