This course examines the saga in depth, as well as its influence on pop culture. Whether you are are a hard-core fan or have never seen any Star Wars movies, this class is for you. It’s a place to celebrate everything Star Wars! Have you ever wanted to know more about how all the stories connect, but haven’t had the time? Let’s take a deeper dive together to expand your knowledgeable on the subject! Watching each movie prior to the class is preferred, but not required. Every night also has a theme that will be explored in conjunction with the films.

Watercolor Abstracts Merge with Pen & Ink

Stress-free, relaxing workshop series wherein watercolors and ink merge with lines and shapes to create beautiful, mindful, abstract paintings. A tranquil mood will allow for self-expression as you create unique works of art while listening to soothing music. You will paint a series of small, mindful paintings throughout 3 sessions that reflect intuitive creative expressions. No artistic experience is required. You will bring a watercolor pan set to class and #8 and #2 round brushes or similar. Also bring Sakura Micron pens (any sizes). All other supplies will be provided for a material fee of $10 payable to the instructor. OPTIONAL to bring: metallic gold watercolor paint, masking tape, any other brushes you'd like to use. Class size is limited.

Maine Driving Dynamics via Zoom

This two-class, five hour course offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving abilities. The course includes attitudes and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine’s highways. The course is taught by a certified Maine Driving Dynamics instructor. The course format engages students with lectures, videos, and class discussions/participation. Those completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving records. It is important that you arrive at class on time, otherwise, you will not receive credit.
