This class teaches techniques that include psychosocial and physiological aspects of Anxiety. Students practice body awareness, breathing pattern retraining and generating feelings of calmness and gratitude, before, during and after a potential stressful situation. This is an active participation class, so wear comfortable clothing with nothing tight fitting around the belly.
