Intro to Falun Gong

Falun Gong is the ancient traditional Chinese practice of self-cultivation - a way to improve mentaland physical wellness through five easy-to-learn exercises, meditation and the elevation of one's mind. It is based on the universal values of truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance.  A brief overview of the system is provided and includes a demonstration of the exercises. Note: All Falun Gong instruction is free of charge.

This blended online and in-person course teaches individuals how to provide support to children (4 - 21 years of age) with intellectual/developmental delays, autism, or major mental health diagnosis in their home and community. (Note: This class meets the state requirements for certification as a Behavioral Health Profession for job placement, if certification is desired. CPR/First Aid is needed in conjunction with this course for certification. CPR cost is NOT included in the cost of this course.)
