Bringing Back Game Night

Conversational French

Bonjour! Do you want to learn how to converse in French? Maybe you want to travel to a French-speaking area and would like to be confident getting around and understanding the French around you. In this course, you will learn basic French spoken language through listening, conversation, practical vocabulary, culture tips, pronunciation focus, and lots of practice. We plan lessons with student needs in mind and have fun learning in every class. At the end of the course, you will feel more at ease in a French environment and ready to parler français!

Conversational Spanish for Beginners

Hola, mis amigos! Learn basic Spanish vocabulary and sentence structure for conversations like ordering at a restaurant, moving around an international airport, asking for directions, describing tourist destinations, finding hotels, using money, and talking to a doctor. If there is something specific you want to learn just ask and Israel will be happy to add it to class.

Stacked Bangles

Students will learn to size, forge and twist a variety of gauges of metal to create 3 sweet bangles. Surface texture as well as form will be covered. Each student will go home with one sterling bangle and two brass bangles. No metals experience required. All materials included.

Filling out college financial aid forms is one thing, but how do you prepare for it? It is important to know the impact of income and asset types before filling out forms, otherwise thousands of dollars in potential aid may be missed. This was such a beneficial use of our time! Josh helped us understand the FAFSA and scholarship process so when we go through it next year with our son, we will know what to expect.

Boating Skills and Seamanship

New to the water? Or looking to buy a boat? The US Coast Guard Auxiliary’s Boating Skills and Seamanship (BS&S) course is a comprehensive course designed for both the experienced and the novice boater. Successful completion earns a boating education certificate recognized in all the states with operator education requirements. Henry Marchi has been teaching boating safety for over 18 years for the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Henry is also able to give the NH Marine Patrol exam in addition to the Auxiliary Class. Cost includes book.

While there are beneficial bugs, fungi, and bacteria in nature, there are also those indigenous to an ecosystem that become invasive. In this class for experienced gardeners or landscapers, State Horticulturist, Gary Fish, will cover extensive ground on the insects, diseases, and deficiencies deemed harmful to wild or cultivated landscape plants. Applying principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), the course will help students learn how to identify, monitor, and manage poor plant health. Instruction will focus on prevention as a means of management, cultural practices and plant selection, and the decision process and actions to take if an infestation occurs. Register at
