Learn how to saw sheet metal, texture the metal, and set a stone using a cold connection called a rivet. No soldering in this piece at all. Great project to learn and to keep practicing at home with minimal tools. 

Open to all levels, no experience required.  

Alice Carroll, who has a BFA from Maine College of Art and an MFA from Rochester Technology of Art, School for American Crafts, was an Artist in Residence at Penland School of Crafts in NC for two years. She came back to Maine in 1994 and has been teaching at Heartwood College of Art, Sanctuary Arts, and River Tree Arts.
