Intro to Improv: Activities Anyone Can Do! - March 13 (Spring 2018)

with Beth Boynton

Actors are trained in improv comedy to entertain audiences and the thought of taking an improv class can feel intimidating. The truth is that when we take the focus away from performing there are many improv activities that anyone can play. In this class, we’ll explore the principles of improvisation and experiment with a variety of games that promise laughter, new friends, and maybe even some new social skills. The instructor, Beth Boynton, RN, MS teaches improv to nurses, doctors, housewives, therapists, secretaries, retired teachers and anyone who wants to try something new.
