Butts, Guts, and Guns with Amanda - Online

Has being at home increased the size of your butt or your gut? Well, we can help with that! Amanda is offering this great workout online. You will target the most common problem areas we face. You will be challenged with great exercises that will tone up your arms, abs and glutes, all while strengthening your core.

Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am. It’s fun and you will improve your overall health and strengthen your core. There are also surprise guests every now and then, both two and four legged to make you laugh!

Materials needed: Weights, yoga mat, small box jump (can use a coffee table)

With a focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) and high reps of small range-of-motion movements you are sure to get fit while having fun!

This live - in video - class will keep you connected and fit!  When you register, we'll send you the link to participate through your computer or smart tv.

This is a live face to face on-line class. Instructors are from York Adult Education and York County Community College.



Knowledge and skill development in digital literacy andIT support: including hardware and software troubleshooting, operating systems, and communication and procedure.


Completion of the Academy results in the industry approved CompTIA® A+ certification and prepares you for employment as a computer user support specialist/help desk technician. Participants will receive 3 YCCC credits.



- Resident of Maine

- Ages 17-29

- Unemployed or underemployed

- Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.

- Testing/Assessments required
