Put on your dancing shoes (smooth soled shoes are recommended, leather is ideal) and get ready for some fun. You will learn Waltz, Foxtrot, Rumba, and Swing. Next time you attend a wedding, anniversary or other social event, you will be ready to dance the night away. No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

$90 for a couple to register - or $50 for individual.  Prices will be adjusted at checkout.

Basic Cake Decorating - January (Fall 2017)

Learn how to frost and decorate a cake the professional way with an award winning master Cake Decorator. Debby will teach you how to make her famous buttercream icing recipe. You will also learn how to fill and frost a cake, how to properly hold and squeeze a pastry bag, and how to use colorful icings and cake tips to create decorative borders, flowers, and writing. The last session will be dedicated to working on your own cake design! A fresh baked cake layer, board and box will be provided. Each participant will supply their own frosting, and purchase basic tools if needed to create their individual “creative cake.” Debby Mansor has over 38 years experience as a master cake designer. Se has won several gold medals in cake competitions along with owning a successful cake shop in Nashua NH for over 25 years. She has taught cake decorating techniques from basic to advanced level and has demonstrated her skills on WMUR TV along with many professional appearances in hr community. She is passionate about the art of cake decorating and excited to share her knowledge with others. She and her husband recently retired to York.
